Very bad room was not clean Shop was not there in the room. staff have bad attitude ....we check out at 11 nobody was there for receive the key I just keep the key on the lobby n come out

Receptionist gave the correct information about food and both of them I met in the reception were good. Bedsheets,pillow covers and blanket have to be washed properly and the walls near sink was dirty. They regularly do not change bedsheets and blankets but they keep it full set up. But anyone can notice it easily because the colour of bedsheets is white. I was in a hurry so I could not complain this to the staff. At last they gave permission for extra half an hour time (11.30 am) for check out and thanks to staff of this hotel and Oyo.
