During my initial visits I was bit confused where to start and how to choose books but the staffs in DC Books Kalpetta are very talented and professional to find the books. DC books Kalpetta is one of my favorite spot to purchase books and I highly suggested because the staffs here are very customer friendly and they have good collection of books too. They provide books as fast as they can and it only takes maximum days of three if it is unavailable while the time we purchased. Even in online purchase it takes up to one week but DC provide us fast meaning of books delivery. Manager and the staff here keeps polite behavior to the customers and it's appreciable one. Recommended well.

I just came here to write my support to DC bookstore Kalpetta, but I found that some people have had bad experiences with them. Me with my friend too had the same an year ago but we don't feel it was a bad experience.. bcoz, we understood that it was our mistake. Actually she didn't notice the book was in her hand which we purchased later.  The staff cleared us that it won't allow there to go out with the book which won't be purchased. Because due to our carelessness they have to pay maybe.  He then calmly said that they have more customers daily and there staffs are owed to look after the customers at the same time.Fully understand what they said. We should only take resources out of the shop that we have purchased and we have to know they won't our belonging before we purchase it. This was happened in an year back. Even now I choose DC books to buy books because I'm gladly saying that they have a good collection of books and a friendly attitude towards the customers. Keep going DC!
