Translated to Mother's Garden in English, Mai ki Bagiya is a natural grove of trees dedicated to the Goddess Narmada, and is situated around 5 km from Narmadakund and covers the surrounding forests. In this garden there are mango trees, banana trees and other fruit trees along with Gulbakavli, roses and other flowering plants. The temple regularly attracts pilgrims and pilgrims that walk along the length of the Narmada river in an act known as Parikrama are known to spend a night here. Be aware of monkeys that are known to snatch things from unsuspecting tourists.nIt Also called ‘Charanotdak kund’ . It is known for its natural beauty. According to the folk tale prevalent among the villagers, Narmada used to play at this place with her friend, a beautiful girl named Gulbakavali, a 12 year girl, at her tender age. Hence the name Narmadamai. ‘Gulbakavali is actually’ impersonation of a plant. If you are are religious minded, you might like to stay here for taking up a PARIKRAMA but else it is a green place you might like to visit and stay for a while.
