Poor service.... They never clean your room bathroom until you will asked for... Bedsheet are very old and faded colors... Room is good but not maintained properly..

The hotel staff is extremely rude and they make excuses for everything, we had to book this place because it’s opposite to aurobindo hospital and we had family members admitted there for treatment, hence we had to go through the nightmare of this stay, there is no basic sense of cleanliness one has to call literally 5 6 times and go to the reception to get a simple task done, they do not clean the room even after asking repeatedly, the ever changing reception manager keeps making excuses, they don’t provide water in the room and their staff is very rude. I would suggest not to book the room in this hotel.
