I booked an Innova car for today for an outstation travel from Patna Airport at 18:30. Upon online booking I had paid 20% of the invoice in advance. Upon enquirying they informed that they will arrange a car as per my requirement but on the day of travel when I tried calling the provided number it was either switched off or no one was picking up the call.nnMy ref number - OW1RA1745791. Any one reading these reviews, please realise that these guys are giving a response that they will check but are pure fraud, they dont respond to your calls. They are indicating my booking as completed but I have not received their service. I had to pay the minimum 20% for booking (nearly 1300 rs).nnTo the owner, Dont think you have won this, I will file a complaint with cyber cell and also in my local police station regarding this fraud.

First i was scared to book a car at first time but later found that the service is really reliable. Very helpful support team from sharing the rate till the end of journey. Polite driver and took all COVID-19 protocols during ride. Thanks ClearCarRental for making my trust more strong.

I booked at Cab for a return trip from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar with travel dates of 21st March to 23rd March (CRN number RT1RV1742010). I did not receive any cab details though the booking was made on 10th March itself (full payment done). Both the customer care numbers were not reachable and there was no response to emails. My hotel bookings are already done and I would suffer a loss as I don't get the cab. Did I book with you guys for this? Just because you keep asking for CRN number, my CRN number is RT1RV1742010.nnI haven't received my money back even after 2 weeks and assurance by your team of a full refund in 5-7 working days. Is this some kind of a joke? It is my hard earned money and I would sue you in a court of law if not refunded immidiately. Highly irritated.

This is a fraudulent service. I had booked cab from Daund Railway station to Shirdi. Paid advance of Rs.1000 through online booking. They didn't send any driver details or cab on the said date and time. When I tried to call, they kept cutting the calls. I sent email on the said date, they just replied they were searching for cab after the trip date. Now, I sent email asking for refund, they are closing the ticket without resolution. They have sent email like they have canceled the booking due to my request. These people are cheaters.
