Worst customer service. They kept the mobile for about 25 days. And even though, after all these days, when i personally rang them and came to take the mobile, it took them 2 hours to hand it over to me. They started fixing the phone after 25 days when i reached at the center. And they took the mobile from me (after i signed in my Gmail), even though i said i will give the ratings personally, they did it without letting me know. Really, worst staff! And worst MI service provider. Never go to this place.

Very bad service.nI had gone to solve a small issue with charging.nThey just charged the phone and told the problem is solved but when I reached home and checked it the issue is not solved.
