Really bad experience staying at that hotel. Room was dirty and pillow cover had gutkha stain. Pigeon poo smell all over tHe room. Windows were so dirty that u can't touch them. room service were so poor. It took almost an hour for a tea. There was no hand wash or soap in side the toilet. it's was really horrible experience.
Good hotel in sambalpur city
Room was ok ok...but some of the staffs were very rude...very unprofessional behaviour by the male receptionist....they should work on it as it is a hospitality business ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Very pathetically. Useless and wastage of money.nStaffs are very casual. Very poor service. Advised to not stay in this hotel.
