Awesome historical and tourist palace. God Bholenath temple is here....nEveryone go there with family.
Gaumukh(Gomukh means mouth of Cow) Reservoir.A spring feeds the tank from a carved cow's mouth in the cliff. This pool was the main source of water at the fort during the numerous sieges.nFlowing of water remains continue 365 days but still its not exactly known that from where this water comes continuously. Lord shiva ling and goddess lakshmi statue is situated at the point where the water falls from cow mouth.nJust adjacent to Gaumukh kund there is a temple of Rani padmini where there is a statue of Rani padmini(as per the woman doing work in temple) and there is Akhand Jyoti(kept burning 365 days). There is also cave in this temple that goes to Kumbha Palace but closed now.
Awesome place.nnOne tip go around 6pm for peaceful darshan.. because most of people start leaving at 6pm so there will be very less crowd.
A deep waterbody , a pure creation in itself filled with variety of fishes. Facility to offer food to the fishes is available. Also, best spot to stop a little bit
