I am giving this rating for bus staff, very rude behaviour. They asked me to cancel online ticket in between the journey and threatened me by the the BABA SHYAM BUS OF No. RJ 22 PA 4461 otherwise Kalpana travels ground support office have good behaviour I want to give them full marks.

It was a very bad experience I ever had. Arriving and departure time is too late. Also the bus is carrying more luggage as well as passangers,bus seems like a Maal Gadi.
