1. No Wifi, it’s just for namesaken2. 50% of channel on tv not workingn3. Food price is like 3 star hotel but actually it’s like 0 star ordinary hotel,waste of money.n4. No one is bother if you facing any issue.n5. Ac is not workingn6. Room is smellyn7. No cleaniness in room and bathroomn8. What Else to say, worst stay ever in any hotel in my 20 years of travelling.nnPlease avoid this poorest of the poor hotel, better stay at any Dharamshala better than staying here, this hotel is just worst then dormiatory even.

Room size ok and good ambience but poor maintenance. Reception manager is a worst person.i Never met a rude person like this..nThey chargers 48/- for mineral water bottle which is not at all justified

Understanding not well with customers support and no self interest. Hotel management not so well.Alwsys wants reminder from customers on any type of work.

They don't bother about guests once they are in. Worst experience by me and my party who stayed at this hotel. Food was finished and water was asked several times but no water was provided till end
