Had a comfortable stay here. Staff is cooperative and polite. Rooms are clean and equipped. Also the view from balcony is beautiful ❤ufe0f. Breakfast served is fresh and we'll cooked. Only one drawback- there's no parking space.

Had a very disappointing experience. Within one hour of checking in, the restaurant served ketchup in an open bowl, which had a torn piece of paper inside it. None of the staff could identify where it came from. In the pandemic situation, it seems like an extremely careless approach. Not knowing where the paper came from or who touched it, dining here seemed to be at your own risk. Safety standards are pretty low. There are no sanitizers to be sern in the restaurant. I didn't see the rooms being sanitized, which a lot of hotels do in front of their guest to assure of their safety protocols. Had there been an option of a lower star rating I would've opted for that.

Rooms are nice, staff is good. But not much of lake view and not a big property.
