MI Service Center Madurai (Radiant)

The centre follows the social distancing and related norms meticulously. All staff are friendly and informative. Got a courteous service in a reasonable time. Best wishes to all concerned.

Place is good. Good lighting, Good Ventilation but the main thing is Mi Center not maintaining mobile spares.nnMy mobile Redmi 3S prime battery have some problem then I visited the same Mi Service centre on 24/02/2021. And they simple said they not have spare battery for my mobile. The Mi company has been stopped the spares for Redmi 3S Prime model.nnIt's clearly showing their irresponsibility.nnIf any company released any product/item in market they should be maintained spares for that product/item at least 5 Years. But Mi not following that.nnI am going to raise complaint on Mi Company by this week.. Legally I'm searching for some supporting from consumer team.

Enquiry for micromax tv service. But no one know.they concentrate only mobile.nBut website show this people service TV.

Guys please don’t visit this service centre . Check Display prices on mi website . These guys charge very huge amount for devices . More over worst staff behaviour ud83eudd2eud83eudd2eud83eudd2e especially that one fat lady . Instead put some other pincode and visit Anna Nagar service centre

I appreciate that they gave my phone back in just 2 days after water damage... But now my fingerprint sensor is not working which was perfectly fine before service.. so its definitely damaged during service.. disappointed..
