Good hotel and ambience while standing. Has conference room for small get together and other events.. Food served was also good

Looks spacious..but could have been more cleaner... complementary breakfast not for the people who r in discounted tariff.... receptionist could have been more understanding...

The room service is BAD... but overall stay is good... But the staff are really rude...nnEdit(after 2 years) : Again visited the place, rooms are really untidy!!! But the staff have improved!!!

Worst experience - not suitable for family.. Hotel is allowing bar and parties(drinks) to operate after 11 also... around 11-12pm hotel parking and hotel lobby is filled with goons... they create nuisance with the hotel guest and hotel staff are lease bothered... even I escalated the problem to the hotel GM and MD.. there is no response... they don’t need family people to visit the hotel as they get good money from bar and parties... such a worst behaviour from hotel management
