Hi folks, I'm surya. For a business trip, I visited Karimnagar. We Stayed in KSL Guest House. The supporting staff at Ground level are good at work. Clean n hygiene boarding environment. Over all suggestable stay for your Trips.. Thank you

No proper amenities, they don't provide sealed water bottles, towels are not clean. Broken mirrors, unhygienic toilets and washrooms, worst experience.
