my phone is mi note 6 pro dipped into water so i went to mi service center on the agent informed we will call back with in few hours til now on i did not received the call no updated statues what the service proving higher authority please follow make asap resolution

Worst service which I have visited there is no proper customer service.with silly reasons they will reject the warranty products just to save there product.

The office is actually in 1st floor i.e upstairs of mujtaba grills. The office is small but staff are cordial but need to be etiquette and organised. Got my problem solved within time without any problem.

I went there becoz my mi band was not working. Got it replaced after 2 hrs. Literally they tell you to wait outside. Among the 3 staffs, one of them literally doesn't know how to talk to customers. I dint understand wht kind of attitude she had. She was sitting on the right side(from viewpoint of customers). The other 2 staffs were nice. Being a girl I was not at all comfortable waiting outside as I could see only men over there. They should first be taught how to speak to customers and how to treat them!!
