Awesome place. Too good n cooperative staff.nPolite n disciplined staff. Best quality room in low budget. Rooms are absolutely amazing

Very very poor in reception and maintenance in and out , is not satisfied. Very very poor maintenance in respect of room and lift room is very bad. Staff behaviour is not good. No manners and don't know how to talk with customers. We have to go out for tea , atleast. . Very bad experience

When I reached this place, me and my cab driver looked for several minutes to find this hotel as there's no sign board, no security guard, no proper reception and upon all this the main door was locked and we had to shout to get them out(morning). I was shocked to see their actions towards a guest and I immediately cancelled this hotel right infront of them and moved to another one.

Very costly and unhygienic, difficult to reach.nnInstead of check-in in this, u can get good hotel rooms at less price.nnIts a 4 storeys building initially developed for personal use/house or like a PG.

Pros:n-Rooms are spaciousn-You will have all the basic amenities shown during the booking except few.n- the pricing at mmt was least than the oyo appnnCons:n- make sure you talk to the manager before visiting the hotel for early checkin. Lot of gamble going round for early checkin. I was charged the equivalent of 1 night booking.n- no wardrobes or safes in any rooms you opt.n- for security reason which they told, I was asked to handover my rooms keys at the reception when I was going out of the rooms for the day, which is bit creepy, since lot of valuable gadgets and important documents you leave in the room.n- it is not the nearby to any of the landmarks mentioned in the listing when you book the hotel it's pretty far.n-gates are locked after 10 pm which is a good thing but what about the person who would come back late like me? I had to call caretaker each time I come back to my hotel room to open the gate.n- finally there is no oyo sign board so that you can easily locate after you reach the area. I had given feedback to add one but my suggestion wasn't taken seriously.nnAbove are the few out of most things I experienced from my two times of stay at the hotel at two consecutive months.might not be same experience for everyone out there.nWish you a safe stay...
