The items supplied at Hotel Surabhi Grand are excellently tasty. The ambience is very good. Cleanliness and neatness maintained in the hotel is beyond any expression. The promptness with which the items are packed and supplied by the staff is very good. To sum up the hotel is catering to the needs of the customers in an exemplary manner. However, the staff may be advised to adhere to the safety measures of Covid by wearing masks as they are not wearing the same.

Surabhi Hotel's Tea is really very good tea in Hyderabad. I really like this place. Ghee dosa is also good. Rates are also reasonable.

Neatness is maintained but service is slow. Staff won't attend until asked.

Actually I wanted to have non veg meals I don't find any good restaurant nearby I went inside this hotel and chose a corner seat and Sat. I ordered North Indian Thali. After having my meals my desire to have non-veg. Vanished. The items that served are very delicious. I was fully satisfied. Helpful, courteous staff. Good ambiance. I recommend this Surabhi Grand for good tiffins, and meals.
