First things first...I really understand that the hotel is really new....nTherefore not yet very experienced in the field of hospitality...nThe receptionists themselves are very rude, negligent and hesitant to give their best services and blame the customers for their faults..nRoom cleaning is not at all done..nExtreme shortage of staff....nComplementary breakfast takes half an hour to arrive....breakfast not prepared herenRooms really not worth their price...nThe food takes a hell lot of time to arrive and be served...nBut the food is really tasty especially the Manchurians....nThe hotel is well built and grand but the space and facilities have to be properly utilised and staff has to be upgraded most importantly...
