Most worst responses to the client, waiting more the 7hrs, I have never seen this type of services. I have asked for the pick up & drop facility taken the amount also & not given the service, and asked to pick up the vehicle more the 50kms from where I live, this is ridiculous, no proper timings.nI should not give one star also.nPlz think once while booking in M CARS

Worst customer service. I don't want to give even 1star also because the car condition is worst and people won't respond after paying advance. They maid us wait on road more than 5hrs and there is no proper address for the office. Please think before you book the car.

Excellent service from M cars. The most reasonable car rentals I've ever seen. I travel a lot and anytime i need car, i prefer these guys. Chosen their service more than a dozen times, always got an excellent service in an affordable price.
