I ordered a starter pack from AquaVitals and I am extremely happy with their product quality. I used the products as per their instructions and the results were quite good and especially I am surprised that I did not face much of the Algae issue like I used to face with other brands earlier. Their customer service was excellent as par and Vamsi, in particular, was very prompt in responding to all my queries. Thank you, Vamsi.

I contacted them through their live chat for the first time and I was surprised that they have the support since most of the brands in the market don’t provide such support. Vamsi later contacted me on WhatsApp and he is very patient to answer all my questions. Back then, it doesn’t matter for me whether its AquaVitals or other brands but I gave AquaVitals a chance because of their support and I was quite surprised to see the quality of the product and I faced little to no algae issues. I definitely continue buying products from AquaVitals.

AquaVitals is a new brand and I wanted to try since it is one of the Made in India’s brands. The support I got after the purchase was unbelievable. I got support from the brand and it was super helpful since I have little knowledge on growing Aquatic plants.
