Did the Trek to Tungnath today itself. The sunrise experience was awesome. The view of snow-covered mountains shining with the sun rays was really amazing. The untouched snow whiter than milk throughout the trek was Mesmerizing!!! Just don't forget to carry eatables, you'll get very hungry after the trek.
First of all, this is a very high Shiva temple. And the view here is very beautiful. And you get very happy by going here. Definitely go and experience yourself.
It is one of the highest temple of lord shiv in India You should visit here if you are religious person or hill trekker person. It has a amazing view of green hills and forest. Tungnath is a pilgrimage for Hindus.
It's a moderate trek for a first timer like me, but it's worth visiting. The view is excellent. Would recommend carrying water bottles (avoid plastic throw away bottles). Carry chocolates and dry fruits.
Amazing place. No words can express the feelings I had there. I can just say it was Mesmerizing.
