Dont place any orders on the Aprender App. Placed an order on 11th, delivery time 12th 12:00-3:00pm. 12th 5:30 order dispatched. On 13th still not delivered. No one picks up calls. Spencer toll free not working. Made an online payment so no cancel option as well. Store should not take orders beyond capacity and ones which cant be serviced on time.

very poor home delivery . Placed an order on 12th with delivery slot 13th May. Today it's 15th still awaiting order. No one picks the phone or updates on order status .nExtremely poor service . Highly request customers to avoid making online purchase at One awadh mall Spencer. pathetic services at this pandemic times.

Terrible service... 8 days since order placed... No delivery of stocks.... No way to contact them... Don't know whether they have disconnected or kept the phone in busy mode .... Multiple items got cancelled.... No refunds ... Not even confirmed order received till now.... Unprofessional people ... Theives taking money via online ordering process....

You can get everything you need. All essential items are available. However prices are higher for mostly items.nLiquor is also available at good price.

Nothing to complain. People here as usual, are polite and helpful!
