Very poor service . They outsourced the cab booking to some third party. At booking time, they claimed that cab tank will be filled with diesel when cab will come to pick up. Every claim was false. Tank was totally empty and i have to fill it within 4-5 killometers. Cab broke down in Varanasi still the owner made me pay to driver some extra money on emotional blackmail. I had to take BUS to return to Lucknow. Will never recommend this agency.
