If I could give star rating in negative, I would have surely gone for it. The man incharge Mr. Negi is highly unprofessional. He took around 80% advance a day before actual services were required and later he asked me to fill the fuel with remaining 20% amount.nWe booked it to travel to Ghaziabad for my engagement ceremony on 11th Oct, 2020. Plan was to travel from Lucknow a day before latest by 6 PM. We left Lucknow by 9:00 AM and if everything would have right we would have reached Ghaziabad latest by 6:00 PM, where bride's family arranged evening snacks for us with approx 50K which went in vain as his bus broke down in middle of nowhere on Highway, somehow driver managed to drop us at Ghaziabad by 9:30PM taking several halts and struggling with defective bus. Given the condition of his vehicle I ended up paying up more than 20% for the fuel. On my return trip to Lucknow when I called to check with him, he simply said sir you need to get it fueld from your side upto you.. If you do not fuel it bus will not move, you decide what you have to stay at highway or reach home safely with my senior citizen parents and sister and brother. I was completely disgusted by this behavior and we had verbal spat. I was trying to explain him this is more than we agreed but he was sticking to his point it's upto me whether I want to reach home safely or not. For my family's saftey I fueled the tank with 5K worth fuel and came home safely again taking more than 12 hours to cover distance between Ghaziabad and Lucknow, which usually takes 7-8 hours. I pushed him hard and asked him to return extra money which I gave for fueling purpose.nAfter threating him about taking the keys of bus and submitting it with FIR to nearest police station he returned my money. He is more of preacher than a doer himself - always trying to convince me what I should have done rather than understanding the fair point to accept the money which was earlier agreed and if extra amount is required, he should have paid for it. Heads up to those who plan on doing business with him.
