Pathetic services. Very casual aproach towards their client. It doesn't matter for them if car is not reaching on time, if driver is unprofessional, if car is dirty.. They follow one word - all is well.... Which makes our journey as hell.. I would never reccomend desire destination to anyone for taking cabs, tour plans etc

Worst service ever from a travel agency I faced. Dont rely on them if you are travelling to Lucknow. their staff of unprofessional and the owner dosent care for that , Mr. Beeresh the owner will never attend your call. I booked a cab from Desire Destination for airport drop and kept waiting kept waiting and finally i missed my flight due to them, ,when i called their office for this they cut phone. Never ever use Desire Destination.

Poor quality cabs no maintenance. Car went out of battery on pickup. Had to book alternative at last minute.
