This is a detailed review. Let's start with the location. It's opposite to the Railway Station so all kinds of services and amenities are available at walking distance. However, the streets are too narrow and you won't be able to get your car to the hotel. So if you're travelling with a lot of luggage, you'll have to take a rickshaw to carry your luggage all the way to the hotel. I stayed in the AC double room. The rooms were small but clean. Big beds but a little closet. Bathroom was small as well. Ancient equipment such as TV & AC. Even the phone was not working properly. Hot water available all the time. The blankets were old but clean. Dustbin was there but doormats were of poor quality. Regarding the food, it's a nightmare to say the least. I ordered simple dinner with dal, vegetable and roti. Everything tasted equally bad. I would rather advise to eat/takeaway from nearby restaurants as there are plenty. Do not order anything except tea, not even Maggie as the cook sucks at that too. Although the staff is nice, but services run a bit late and they could learn to put a smile on their faces. Hope this helps.
