Location - old ranipur turn. Slightly away from railway station and the famous Har ki pouri ( 10 min via toto). Room - nice room and clean bathroom . Rooms are well equipped with TV, towel,glass,soap,hangers etc.. Room service available.. Staffs are very customer friendly . Great for family stay.. Just there is a little difficulty while returning to hotel at night (after 9 pm) coz toto asks almost double - triple fare to go.. Have a nice stay !!

This hotel is at a good location in Haridwar. It is closer to railway station that is hardly few kilometres and similarly the roadways stand is also few hundred meters away. The Ghats of Ganga is also very close one can find few ghats as closer to few hundred yards. It is a neat and clean property but if you do t want to sleep on the bed where traffic always on the one can see other place.

Shouldn't be called a 3 star hotel. Delay in service, no doormates in room, dirty bed sheets and towels. Food quality very bad. Staffs are well mannered.

Nice to stay here. They have proper room service with mini fridge, ac, LCD, hot and cold running water.

Very bad experience in this hotel Air conditioner leakage problem at fornt of main door no toilet paper available in toilet no any room freshner. Money wrost here.
