The worst hotel experience as according to the reasons below:- 1.damp walls,dirty room,spider webs on the ceiling,fungus on interiors.(Unclean Rooms) 2.hotel staff unavailable most of the times. 3.the reception should always be happy to see there guests arrive but instead the face at the reception seemed to be unhappy to see their guest a very negative feeling at the entrance. 4.i booked a two bed room for the 4 of us and the dining table im the room can hardly support two people eating at the same time so we had to eat on the bed instead on top of that no body will come to collects the dirty plates or for house cleaning we have to make an effort to call them and collect the plates themselves ask for soap and towels room cleaning even after the staff visiting the room atleast 5 times or more a day did not have the ethics to take the dirty plate with them without calling the reception to take the plates of 2 days remaining at near the entrance. 5.kindly have a smile when you see your guests and have a positive attitude towards them. Does not even deserve a single star nothing positive about this hotel.

Good hotel, new so it's clean. Located about one km from railway station. Room service and all is fine not that good. Food also just avg.

No doubts, rooms were neat and clean. But did not get the AC problem resolved during my stay, which was reported at the time of check in some how he managed for some time and when reported the same at around 9:00 clock in the night, they did not respond with solution. When contacted the Manager at reception counter personally in the next morning, he despite of saying sorry for inconvenience, he said I am not aware of this. A guest can only inform to the reception counter and not to the Manager's personal mobile or other number. It was the fault of Reception personnel. However, such reply is not expected from the Manager of a hotel. He needs proper training/counselling before assigning such a responsible post.

I stayed in this hotel 12th and 13th october 2019. Location - very far from har ki pauri or subhasghat. Hotel have a lift facility so there is no issue for sr.citizen or elderly people . Room : - Room is big compare to other hotel in that locality . Tea coffee maker in the room but it will not work on 2nd day due to non availability of tea bags . There is no room cleaning service in my 2 night stays . **** Bathroom - Bathroom is very small compare to Room . One day i got toiletries next day i asked but not get. Basin tap is broken but it worked . No bathroom sleeper . Availability of hot water is 24 hours . ***** Service - Service is very poor .. be it room service ..or food .. they are very slow and lack of transparency and communication between reception and kitchen staff . AC and fan both are working during my stay and hotel have a generator facility . Food - in this case management is cheater . On the check out day when i went to reception to settles my bills i saw they added 10% service charge extra . I asked now gst introduced and in food 5% gst is there . Service charge solely depend upon customer . In my check out time there was uncivilised gentleman who was in charge at that time give no solid conclusion why they imposed 10% extra service charge on food bill tge guy replied - " hum log to lete hain ..humara policy hain "- even in their menu card there was no mentioned of service charge even not even mention in restaurant menu also. The reception guy replied - the menu card is very old . I have a flight time so i leave the hotel paying extra 10% service charge . And government is totally deprive and not getting tax . Food quality is average. ***** Advice - so before check in clear everything .

Very near to Har ki pauri Ghat and on the bank of Birla ghat where anyone can dip Holy Ganga Snan. Newely buit hotel with decent neat and clean room. Good service of staff.
