The worst hotel ever I stayed at. In the beginning, staff dropped us at our room. But at the time of exit, we were the only one, picking out our luggage. Breakfast was complementary. They provided us the menu and advised to choose whatever we wanted, but after choosing, they said that's not available. Once we changed the menu. Then again, they did the same thing and advised to choose from two to three items. And breakfast was late by 1.5 hour. Even the tea was not included in the breakfast. After all this incident, the receptionist came to our room with her cellphone. In which hotel, this happens. I have gone to multiple hotels in india but this visit of female receptionist was unpredictable. Not only this, staff knocks the door without any intimation. I love to explore places and this was not the first time to come haridwar. But earlier experiences were not like this one.
