Nice hotel. Arranged was good for marriage part. It also have little zoo.

Gardenia Hotel, Spa and Resort .. A 2 star hotel presented as a 4 star package I stayed at Gardenia Hotel only for a day, although my initial plan was to stay for 15 days. Reason? Well there are many. Rooms: Untidy, Smelled Dank, Faulty lights, Stained ceiling and floor tiles and had an overall worn out look Furniture and upholstery: Old, shabby, torn at places, stained Bed: Old, Squeaky and Mattress was not very comfortable Food: Only thing which was good enough for me to rate it 2 stars Staff: Late response, Poorly trained to handle guests, unprofessional attitude Management: Laid back and unapologetic in their behaviour. Doesn't acknowledge the state of affairs in their hotel or try to make it better.

An average hotel for middle class pocket with good residential accommodations.Food especially is very tasty and its approach is easy.Directly on the highway from Delhi as u entered SIDCUL area of haridwar.It has close proximity with Pentagon mall just 100m away n Raddison blu hotel 200m away.

The ambience was good and so the rooms and food. A good place to have a small get-together of near and dear ones. Also the main attraction of this place is the small zoo they've made. Loved it

A good hotel to stay with nice tasty food at an affordable price, one must give a try if visiting Haridwar
