Without doubt one of the beautiful hotels I stayed last week. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The food was really good. Hotel rooms was very neat and clean. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret, just be there.

Ambiance is too good. But main concern is quality of food and staff behavior and understanding the customer order. Last day my horrible experience. As per our order chicken sweet and sour but but delivery the stock chicken Seauzuan . Chilli chicken quality also not too good. . Cash counter staff is required more knowledge about food industry and also customer service...

A fantastic stay at Shantiniketan in a business-hotel like environment with all the luxuries and plush. I hope they come up with more hotels at other popular destinations in the state. The breakfast buffet is amazing and foodies' delight!

Nice experience of being there, it's very pleasant place (restaurant) in Bolpur and even behaviour of the staffs are very well, test and all met the level of expectations.
