Newly built property. Rooms are good and clean. Staff is polite and courteous. Food is also good and not at all oily. Overall very satisfied with the experience. Hope you keep up to the expectation and do not increase price range abruptly.

For now it's moderate. Not too much fine, not very bad too. It's too early to rate this. Ambience is good. A large property, the remote area adds a flavour of peaceful atmosphere. Now it's time to concentrate on the taste of the food. Need a good cook.

The hotel is really good but the location is really very bad. Far from everything except prantik railway station. And the foods aren't satisfactory.

I have visited dip holidays last week. It was just 10 minutes walk from prantik railway station. The rooms were spacious well decorated and most importantly very clean. The staffs are very polite and friendly. The best thing about dip holidays is their lip smacking food. I found the veg thali best amongst all. Room cleaning and services are absolutely fine. The sayor bithi park is just 5 minutes away from the hotel, which can be a good afternoon destination.

it was really homely and the food was awesome. And right outside the hotel, is the most beautiful little dusty road.
