Good Location.nVery good and big room.nFully sanitized before we entered.nNice park in the resort to roam around.nHad a musical evening in the resort on Saturday.nPolite behavior of staffs and manager.nComplementary breakfast with variety of items.nNice food for dinner and made as per our choice for kids.nPlanning to revisit.

Just came back yesterday... Spent 2 nights with family and friends. It was a great experience. Commendable service, well behaved staffs. They were looking very happy to serve their guests. Foods were very good. Swimming pool was an added fun and refreshment. Evening time was slight boring. It might be for it's location.... But walking within the Sonajhuri at morning was awesome feelings.... I wanted to be stay their again in future..... Thank you team The Cristallo.

It's an excellent resort with great hospitality... All staffs and co-staffs are very helpful and nice. Food and beverage are also very good.They have a beautiful seating area near the swimming pool & rooms are also very nice and well decorated. Definitely i would suggest to visit once if you need relaxation.

It was well maintained & cleaned also the ambience was serene. Behaviour of staffs were polite & well behaved. However the pool water could have been blue by maintaining chlorine cleaning

Everything was perfect and hospitality of every staff was excellent. Food was lip smacking. enjoyed baul song in the evening. would definitely come again.
