The Garden Bungalow - Best Luxury Home Stay in Santiniketan, Bolpur

Hi,nnThis is what I was talking about. I am not sure if you are the same person who spoke to me. I clearly saw the notice on the door. I went to the reception asked them if I can access your terrace to take some photos and they clearly said yes. Have I know if the owner lived their too I would have asked her directly. When I went up, from nowhere this lady arrived shouting to come down. I was confused and felt really bad the way she asked me come down. I said her that I asked the reception and then I came up. Then she said she is the owner and that I need to come down immediately. She could have said this politely. This is the same reason why I didn't like staying here.nnYes you have mentioned about the menu in your website. I agree to that. However I felt it is over priced so i mentioned it.nnTalking about the water scarcity, how does it matter how many galons of water stored if there is no water to flush in your washroom.nnThank you for correcting me regarding the home stay.nnMy reviews are completely based on your behaviour and attitude towards me as a customer. I paid for this service to have a pleasant stay and if that is not fulfilled I will complaint. Also after visiting this place I went through the negative reviews and all of them where based on the interaction with the owner. So let the people decide who is fabricating stories here.nnThank you for your reply.

It was a memorable stay for us amidst lush green nature and our old heritage. Staffs were very polite and helpful. Food was very good. We loved the tranquility of that place.Overall a wonderful experience.

Property is well Maintained... Quick Service.. Food is good and reasonable price wise...nnOnly Cons are :n1. Bed Mattresses are pathetic and its Hard..n2. Toilets could be a bit more neat and well maintained..nnWe got Std room 2 and 3.

I loved it. The place is too good, and the price is reasonable. The whole property is beautiful. Rooms and Bathrooms are clean. Very beautiful place to spend quality time with friends and family. The staffs are well-mannered, decent and very helpful. I would love to visit the place again and again. The place is very peaceful, close to nature. Just visit this place without giving a second thought, cz the place is amazing.

A quaint stay in this property made our mini trip to Shantiniketan memorable. It is a beautiful property with lots of greens around. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the staffs were courteous too. In a nutshell, it was a lovely stay to unwind from the hustle and bustle of city life.
