The rooms here are really very bad. The service is terrible. They don't even provide water for drinking. When asked for soap for bath they provided vatika shampoo and said cannot provide you soap.nOn arrival they cancelled oyo booking and made a personal booking to avoid oyo commission. Never ever go with personal booking. They provide 200₹ discount but the service will be really bad

Don't fall for what they say:nThe management will give a excuse of the problems like - 'The water pump isn't working', 'AC just stopped working' or the main thing 'Oyo isn't paying their share of amount to them and also aren't aren't cutting their place from the system'. So please don't pay any amount in advance.nCleanliness level: Zero, since you'll find cans and liquor bottle under the bed. Bathrooms might be detached or not clean.nPS: Positive reviews might be much old or by their own people.

One of the most pathetic service and hotel visited ever. The rooms were extremely dirty and the behavior of staff was even more pathetic. They have not even given mineral water bottle to drink. Geyser was not working and no one comes even after giving complaint. Food quality was worst as if they are giving it to some animal. Even animals get better food but as a customer even after paying entire money in advance. The most horrible part of this hotel was lift was not working and it got stucked in between and no one was bothered to take us out for more then 20 mins. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would want the Oyo management to take a strict action for this cheap and horrible service.

Allocated room was different thay shows in the app. Washroom was not properly cleaned.nStaff behavior was ridiculous ud83dude20 specially the OWNER ud83dude20ud83dude21nAlso some rooms have no attached washrooms they have public toilet which is not a good amenities.nAlso room service wasn't very quick i told them to change the night lamp and he took 2 hours to chànge it and for that i have to called them number of time. I suggest ypu to go for HOTEL BRINGHTON and HOTEL SEASHORE ENCLAVE.

I had visited this hotel with my husband. Appearance of hotel was awesome. Well-behaved Staff, Wifi faciity is availale with proper connectivity
