Average. Not value for budget. Place is not the most clean either.nnLocated in the lower mall road in a turn that is near permanent shaded and in the way of running water during rains, the place is not best placed.nnThe rooms are ok if you are paying 3-500 rupees per night for a single room. Apparently their normal rates are over 2k which is exorbitant and delusional in comparison to other properties in Almora and very little value.nnI stayed because it was very close to someone I had to meet but moved out the next day to a different hotel which was modern and would be near luxurious in comparison to this place for similar pricing.nnAvoid unless you have no options
