Worst service,, always their number remains switch off also office closed. DTDC worst service. Kept parcel but not delivered

Very poor service.nParcel took ONLY 7 days from Pune to Forbesganj. But now lying here undelivered.nI've called up yesterday and an ill-mannered staff rudely said that if you don't opt for URGENT delivery service, now local delivery will take another 7 days or even more.

It is a worst courier service not only in India but the whole World. I booked one parcel on 15th November'2019 but the same has not delivered till 30th November'2019. Although it was told that parcel will be delivered in 10 days. No help is being provided by this courier service. One should THINK TWICE before booking in this courier. Booking was made at Pimple Saudagar, Pune branch of DTDC.

Worst courier service provider in universe. Before they deliver courier one can simply reach that destination
