My father booked 2 flight tickets from PATNA to MUMBAI through Prakash Travel Agency. He requested to book in direct flight but they misleaded my father (Sr. Citizen) that the direct flight is costly worth Rs. 20000/- and booked in connecting flight via Delhi in 11500/-. However the direct flight cost was only 9000/- when I search the same flight on internet.nnPrakash Travel Agency is totally fraud and misleading the customer even senior citizen and making money by booking connecting flight even though direct flight cost lower than connecting flight.nnConclusion: Don't book any ticket from such misleading and fraudulent people.
