Clean rooms and washrooms.Good wifinExtra amenities like hair dryer, fridge, microwave, room heater, kettle, are available for usenThey provide it in your room as per the request.nFood is fine. Ambience is great. Small entrance but lift is working

It is a clean and nice place. Good facilities like kettle, very well equipped bathroom with showerhead, all toiletries are there (but remember to carry your brush) and led tv. Microwave and fridge also are available. Overall a nice experience.

Small rooms. No window. Recommended in case one has to stay for a night at this location as no other better options nearby.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Staff is rude and arrogant. Staff is very very slow and they dont provide heaters in rooms for free, they ask for money for heater which should be free. Also i ordered veg chowmein and gave me chicken chowmein that also aftet 50 mins. ZERO SUPPORT from staff. They said that no outside food is allowed but today in morning i saw a swiggy guy delivering to some other hotel customers so i asked hotel manager about it and they said that there staff was busy, so there was no issue. Partiality so much with customers. I would have given this hotel zero stars if there was an option. Hotels are for customers comfort not to give trouble to them!
