We did not even checked in, these people checked us in automatically and checked out, I never even visited there. Total scammers.

They have really dirty rooms.. lift not working and the biggest scam is that what you book online is nothing what you get. They at the reception said it on my face that what you book online is not what you get.. the room that shows for rs.749 online is a scam.. the room is soo small almost the size of the bed.. dirty washroom. They will charge you 2500 for the room that cost 749 online. Infact they told me that the rooms you see online are not the same here. They even told me to try to book it online then after booking the room and when you reach the property they would give you a different room also they told me that the pictures shown online are really old. Really bad experience and if you don't believe me then go check it for yourself. You will thank me later. Also it's a shame that in such a good place like dwarka they are running such a scam. I would go further to complaint about them. Main problem is that when you see a bad review mostly the hotel manager would say that their competitors are posting the reviews.. well go check for yourself and then tank me later..

Room is not good as it shows in pictures .. charge un necessary high price and in the name of facilities they don't even have drier to provide on request. really disappointed after paying 3100 and didn't receive basic facilities.

Lazy servicing .. poor cleaning, Ill maintained.. Tata sky package is not recharged even, AC is leaky.
