Order received at their office but didn't inform me(unfortunately my area was non serviceable but atleast they should tell me that order is received at our center and u can pick it from office ,what they did is returned back to previous center without informing me..then I tracked online and somehow contact them and able to receive it by self)...poor service...Whenever u ordered from DTDC...track it online...

They are highly irresponsible,after chaging you heavy price,they don't deliver at your doorstep,and don't inform , simply i got massage of failed delivery attempt.after that i collected their number somehow and called them,then they said come and take from our office.to bhai courier ka matlab kya raha,1.3kg ka 430 rs liya Patna se Rewari tak ka,paise kya ped par ugte hai.waha kyo nahi bataya ki is address par delivery nahi denge

Posted an important document to Rewari they returned it back not even contacted the delivery address or phone number.

They return my parcel back without calling me . When I call them they said hm kyu call kre area non serviceable h to . Fir customer hme bolega ye wo .

Worst service. They never deliver my courier at home. They just called and ask to pick courier from their office with in few hours, And if I can not go to their office then they threaten to return it by same day.
