Kakda Kho Water Fall

visit during or right after rainy season to enjoy the place.

What a great location just before the Mandu. Stop for photos and tha amazing view of hills , valley and waterfalls.

When coming from Dhar towards Mandu, Kakra kho comes 5- 6 km before Mandu. There are two attractions here side by side- one is Kakra Kho and the other is the Ashmadha Fossil Park which is right next to it. Kakra Kho is mainly a viewing place of a waterfall(during the rainy season) from above facing a deep gorge. The waterfall height is about 250- 300 ft with no possibility of trekking or climbing down to the base. However the views of the gorge are pretty. A shade area has also been put up for visitors to sit and enjoy the view. There are several vendors here selling lemonade, corn ( bhutta) etc

Definitely worth a quick stop and view while going to Mandu.

Nice location but felt disappointed because it was dry ,this place can attract lots of crowd but as I earlier written about M P tourism dept they are great for everything.
