Not a great place... In such a historic place the hotel itself should be looking great... Impressive ambience required. Also staff should be interested

Good location and view. Non AC rooms too small. Food and breakfast tasty. Service excellent.Ample parking. Nice lawn for partying. Bonfire at an additional cost.nTented cottages with AC have direct valley view.

Decent hotel at a reasonable price point. There is ample parking space available inside the property. Restaurant is just okay to satisfy needs with limited options (veg and non-veg). We took air cooled rooms which were decent (1st floor rooms have a balcony and good views so preferable whereas ground floor rooms are garden facing) and had a small refrigerator too along with a desert cooler, geyser. Swiss tents could be a problem as we saw monkeys jumping on the tent roof at 6 in the morning (imagine the situation of guests inside!). Staff is very good and helpful. Location is not the best of the lot and poses some difficulty if you are on foot, otherwise it's ok.

Way too costly food compared to other restaurants in Mandu. Do not visit as there are very limited options for dishes and they are very bad taste wise. Also half the dishes were undercooked. If you want good food after long day's travel, do not visit this place.

We stayed here 2 years ago. Do not ever make the mistake of booking a swiss cottage. Big rodents make their way via the AC ducts in ur room. The dining room has lizards all over the place. One can also spot rats in the kitchen/dining area and jumping over and under the tables. And the staff is not apologetic about it. On the contrary, they might also advocate the presence of these creatures since it is close to jungle area.
