Rampura Phul librarynnThe Public Library at Rampura Phul has also a great history as it was established in 1939. This library houses as many as 21,000 books of English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu language.nThe library was established with the involvement of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad and many great leaders of the freedom struggle such as Siri Ram Singal, Devan Madhusudan Lal, Sant Ram, Naurang Lal. Saifudin Kichloo, Gopi Chand Bhargav, Davinder Satyarthi and Bheem Sain Sachar had visited this library.
