Worst service, and cooperation between hotel and oyo, I was booked this hotel by oyo on 21july 2019. But when I reached to the hotel they not allowed to check in to me, and said that we are unable to get your check in to the hotel. And then I contact to the customer care but they were unable to make any solution for me. And then I paid extra 1200 rs. For check in. Even they haven't refunded me the amount of my extra charges and online booking charges. Pls don't book any hotel by oyo, it's a worst app where is no solution for the customer.nnIt's Raj
