Very nice place. The institution is taking good care of the Camel. Camel products are also available like milk ice cream etc. Which is very good for health. Leather products available too...

Various breeds of camels are studied at this research center as they are very important for the fragile eco-system of the desert. There is a museum in this research centre which depicts the research and developmental aspects of camels. Facilities like camel riding and Safari are also available. One can also enjoy beverages and ice-creams made of camel milk. It is also known as Camel Breeding Farm and was established in 1984 by the central government..

While it's a good initiative towards the well being of an elegant creature (Camel); but, in my humble and honest opinion, there is not much to do here, for a usual tourist. U would spend a maximum of 30-45 mins here. My advice- Visit only in winters and do take some children along (as its educative and more fun for kids). Also, the shop inside the premises is a bit expensive but the stuff there is unique and worth buying. I thought that it's too expensive and I'll be able to buy the same stuff at cheaper price in Bikaner market, but I couldn't find the same items elsewhere. Hope this review helps.

Good place to visit. Due to the pandemic camel ride and some other activities remain closed for the time being, but museum is still open
