A hotel for getting the feel of Bikaner without spending the big bucks..... The get-up itself is quite pleasing and definitely represents a rajasthani haveli as per se..... It's not actually at the city center to be honest but it isn't a problem trust me ..... Local transport reaches the place without a second mention and if you have got a personal vehicle then no worries at all... The view from the top floor is quite extravagant especially while the sun is rising. The golden rays give an aura of times while the kings ruled the place as the city and the fort seems to take on the day in the harsh desert.... The way to the top floor is laden with small but beautiful hand drawn pictures of the past .... The hotel has a restaurant worth mentioning . While the bikaneri bhujia is a must try so is their dining menus..... So overall it's worth the time and cost of stay ....

READ THIS!!!!nBefore you book.nnThey really have very bad service, i was traveling with 12 family people during new year'19 andnwe reached around 11 am and there was no towel, glasses, water in the rooms. No proper room service. we have to remind like 3-4 times for basic amenities which was unavailable in the rooms. No wifi available that time. No wipers in the bathrooms.ni will not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff were accommodating when I requested a room change.nThe room was very noisy due to traffic noise which did stop around 11.00pm but this was followed by a dog which was tied up in the hotel howling for the next two hours.nThe room was freezing and the heater we were offered sounded like a truck reversing.nThere was only one spare blanket for two single beds.nThe bedding did not look clean.nThe hotel was ina state of disrepair-the doors were difficult to close and there was flakes of paint around our room.Our front door looked like it had been attacked by a wild animal-maybe the poor dog tied downstairs.nThe bathroom was in need of repair-every time you pushed the toilet button a thing fell off. The shower would be more appropriately be called a trickle because that is all you got.nAnd the television did not work.nI would have to agree with a previous reviewer that the only time I would stay at this hotel was if there no other hotels on earth-and even then I am not sure.

Lack of amenities, loadshedding, geyser water not proper working, there is no slipper, which is mentioned in room amenities, there are dogs, so you can't sit hithe and thither, very bad experience.
