Car Rental Service - Maharaja cab

We hired a taxi cab (Maharaja travels) from Bikaner, Rajasthan to Narmada Nagar, District Khandwa, MP but it was a wrong decision considering their good reviews.n1. Total kilometres from Bikaner to Narmada Nagar is 920 kms by shortest route but they made it 970 kms on the same route. 50 kms extra in onwards journey and same on return journey total 100 kms for which I had to pay. During discussion on this after completing journey, driver gets irritated and started to misbehave. I wished to go to complaint in police station but I didn't do it considering the lockdown and corona condition and paid overcharging for 100 kms approximately. I checked distance travelled on every station and noticed that driver keep on increasing kms (by what method I don't know exactly) till 800 kms run which showed 850 kms in taxi meter. But there after, next 120 kms comes exactly 120 kms. It confirmed my doubt. If it was meter problem, then it should also show 127 kms or higher. Every time, driver insisted to satisfy me by saying that he reset the meter during start of journey to 0 kms.n2. They also wished to charge Rs. 300 extra for car sanitization which we didn't even witnessed. Besides we sprayed sanitizer in the car before starting the travel. I denied to pay this charge as it was imposed just after completing the journey. No talks were held for this charge earlier during booking of taxi.n3. The only best part of journey is travelling time which is only 13.5 hours from 970 kms means average speed of 72 kms/hr. Terrific driver and driving skills. Started on 01-06-2020 in morning 5am and finished evening 8:30pm on same day. However one year earlier, time taken by me during non-stop travel was 20 hours for the same route with meter reading of 920 kms means only 46 kms/hr with my own car.nIt can be considered as a safe journey. Bad behavior don't know how to talk with a customer. Rates are also too very high and car quality is very low.nnNever use there service.

Safe and reliable service in Bikaner. Reasonable pricing. My driver, Ganesh was amazing. He took care to walk me through the temple Karni Mata Temple and made sure I saw the Camel Research Center as well.nWhen I come back to Bikaner I will use this service again.nThank you!
