HOTEL MASA RESIDENCY

The hotel is not properly maintained. The staff were continuously asking for the money when ever they see us and if we didn't give the money they curse on us.. one of staff rammed the window of car and arrogantly asked for the moneynAnd about the room, the room were not even hygiene and the bathrooms were hell lot of stains and the bucket they provided were of white patches all along the inner side and the there is no lock for the bathroom door in room no:202 that we stayed.nBefore they assign the room to us they didn't even properly check the bathroom.

The hotel was not enough clean not even they are cleaning their bathrooms it is very very bad and the bathroom is filled up with fully taking the water And the bucket and mug is not even clean it is very bad to say that that a hotel is good it is very very very poorvisiting once again I will if I am visiting to Tirunelveli I wont go to that hotel is very bad

Good for Budget stay and they could maintain the place neatly.. Scope for service improvement

Hotel masa residency is just 2 km away from tirunelvelli station and its a good hotel for family and freinds .nAll facilities excluding food available here .rent is also low if u r new in tirunelvelli u must hv to visit and stay at this hotel.
