Place is located close to Tamil nadu medical council. If you are coming ro TNMC from far and wanted to take a nap and bath this place is okay to stay.nNo proper ventilation.

Very good service room cleaning good it's value for money, well maintain

Booked prior a premium room for four adults, one week before via phone call for 1600 INR. Payment can be done later was the statement by property manager. Later when i called to confirm the day we booked for.. The tariff they said was double the time.(3000k).No professional talk and harsh by property manager. Due to last minute rush we booked via agoda for lesser tariff and v reached the guest house.nMuch less maintenance.. Lot of cockroaches. Only hot water came when i turned on the tap(geyser switched on) cold water tap didnt work. When we called it for that, the response he gave is to switch off the geyser and cold water will come via hot water tap.nWorst service and pathethic experience. Rooms are very small and the same bathroom too.. We didnt opt for A/C. Not sure about the condition.
